Profile

Brandon brings dynamic courtroom experience to his role as Co-Chair of the Product Liability Group, having secured favorable verdicts as lead trial counsel in high-stakes matters across the country. His courtroom presence is marked by an ability to engage juries and distill sophisticated technical evidence into compelling, accessible narratives. With a practice spanning product liability, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, personal injury defense, and health care matters, Brandon handles complex disputes for clients nationwide.

His litigation capabilities encompass the full spectrum of trial preparation and case management, from witness preparation and discovery strategy to motion practice, settlement negotiations, and arbitration advocacy. Brandon approaches each matter with a trial-ready mindset, aligning discovery efforts with cohesive themes and defense strategies from the outset. Having represented clients in both national coordinating and local counsel roles, he possesses deep familiarity with multidistrict litigation procedures and has contributed to the development of case management frameworks governing coordinated proceedings. Brandon strives for strategic, efficient, and cost-effective representation, allowing clients to focus more on creating and distributing critically important products and less on legal spend.

Beyond the courtroom, Brandon counsels manufacturers and distributors on regulatory compliance matters, including adherence to the Consumer Product Safety Act, and provides guidance on risk mitigation and product recall protocols in accordance with Consumer Product Safety Commission requirements. His involvement with the Baby Safety Alliance reflects his commitment to addressing regulatory and safety challenges facing the juvenile products sector.

Brandon is equally devoted to developing the next generation of legal talent. He previously served on the faculty as an adjunct professor, where he mentored moot court competitors who achieved remarkable success, including a national championship in the Thurgood Marshall competition, along with multiple regional titles and individual advocacy honors. His coaching of high school mock trial and moot court programs yielded three state championships and five championship final appearances, cultivating numerous award-winning advocates—many of whom are now lawyers.

When away from his practice, Brandon enjoys travel with his fiance, hosting dinner gatherings and social events, exploring different restaurants, and curating his collection of vintage bowties.
