Glenn M. Cooper is a Partner in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Tax & International Law Practice Group.

Glenn’s practice focuses on assisting foreign companies and investors with the legal aspects of establishing and maintaining businesses and investments in the U.S., particularly in Florida. He advises international clients on U.S. immigration laws and helps them secure business and investor visas such as L-1, E-1, E-2, H-1B, and O-1 visas, as well as U.S. permanent residence, including EB-5 immigrant investors and regional centers, and EB-1 extraordinary ability individuals and multinational executives/managers.

Fluent in French, Glenn has lectured to business audiences in France on legal issues related to establishing U.S. companies, investments, or joint ventures, as well as immigration considerations, at seminars organized by the French government and French business chambers. He has been interviewed on French national television and has also lectured on business and immigration topics at several conferences in Canada. Glenn also speaks Spanish and works with clients from Latin America and Spain.
