
Shutts & Bowen LLP Miami partner Glenn Cooper recently presented at SelectFlorida’s International Offices Annual Meeting on February 17, 2026, at the Marriott Downtown Orlando.
During his presentation, Glenn explored the legal aspects of establishing and doing business in Florida for foreign companies and investors. He discussed the business law issues of forming a business entity in Florida and labor and employment law in Florida. Glenn also reviewed the basics of business, investor and professional immigration law in the United States.
