The Construction Practice Group represents public and private owners, developers, contractors, architects, engineers, manufacturers, design professionals, suppliers and distributors in connection with the following industries:

• Transportation, including road, bridge, rail, port and airport projects.
• Hospitality, including theme parks, hotels, restaurants, and resorts.
• Retail and Commercial Construction.
• Residential Construction, including representation of homebuilders of single and multi-family homes and townhomes.
• Condominiums, including those involving mixed uses, e.g. hotel, residential and/or retail.
• Infrastructure, including dams, reservoirs, courthouses, government buildings, pipelines, wastewater treatment plants, and landfills.
• Industrial, including power plants, chemical, gas, electric generation and other energy facilities, warehouses, and terminals.
• Health Care, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, assisted living and memory care facilities.
• Manufacturing, including product development, sale and defect defense.
• NCAA Division I Sports Facilities.
