With more than 28 years of experience, Germán is a seasoned litigator who has handled numerous high-stakes commercial disputes. His practice encompasses a broad range of complex business litigation, including breach of contract claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, business torts, and commercial real estate litigation. He frequently handles cases involving non-compete and non-solicitation violations, circumvention of contractual restrictions, business valuation controversies, and claims under the Florida Securities Act. His versatile background includes significant work with Latin American companies and a variety of law firms, enhancing his broad legal expertise.
