During the panel, “Practicum Discovery Series: Mastering Expert Discovery,” Amanda and her co-panelists explored the use of expert witnesses in construction disputes from the inception of a dispute through trial, tips for deposing experts in different disciplines and examples of when and how to leverage an expert to facilitate settlement.
