A seasoned litigator with success in high-stakes commercial disputes, Germán’s practice encompasses a broad range of complex business litigation, including breach of contract claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, business torts, and commercial real estate litigation. He frequently handles cases involving non-compete and non-solicitation violations, circumvention of contractual restrictions, business valuation controversies, and claims under the Florida Securities Act.

Germán has represented closely held companies, institutional investors, executives, and entrepreneurs in disputes involving misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, and unfair or deceptive acts and practices under Florida law. He also has substantial experience litigating declaratory judgment actions and pursuing or defending requests for temporary and permanent injunctive relief in the business context.

With more than 28 years of experience, German brings both courtroom tenacity and strategic insight for clients. He distills complex legal and business issues into clear litigation strategies, advancing his clients’ interests whether through vigorous advocacy in court or through negotiated resolutions that protect long-term business value.

In addition to his litigation practice, German advises clients on pre-dispute planning, contract enforcement, and risk mitigation strategies.
