Overview
Melissa Francis is a paralegal with the Litigation Practice Group in the firm's Southfield office, with a focus on insurance defense and no-fault litigation. Prior to joining Foster Swift, Melissa worked for a firm based in Troy, Michigan, where she gained a strong knowledge of Michigan's No-Fault Act.
Melissa graduated summa cum laude from Oakland Community College with her Paralegal Certificate, an ABA approved program. Aside from her legal duties, Melissa also volunteers for Ortonville Community Emergency Fund (OCEF) Food Pantry, Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County and Autism Support of Kent County.
