Overview
Elizabeth "Beth" Owen is a Lansing paralegal in the General Litigation Practice Group, working primarily with attorneys Gabrielle Lawrence, Jacquelyn Dupler, James Anderton, V, Kelly Reed Lucas and Brandon Waddell.
Having been in the legal field for over four decades, Beth primarily focuses on the areas of Family Law, involving: divorce, custody, parenting time, post-divorce litigation; guardianship, conservatorship, and adoption matters; estate and trust administration; estate and trust litigation; and estate planning.
Beth has volunteered over the years for many senior organizations and has helped many elderly folks as either their medical or financial power of attorney on a pro-bono basis. She graduated from Lansing Community College Magna Cum Laude in 1980.
She is an animal lover and has volunteered over the years for many local animal organizations.
