Thibodeau Receives 3 in 10 Award

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Foster Swift Collins & Smith litigation and municipal law attorney Alexander J. Thibodeau is a 2021 recipient of the Grand Rapids Bar Association’s (GRBA) 3 in 10 Award.

This annual award honors attorneys in their first 10 years of practice that have demonstrated outstanding professional achievements, exceptional public service and significant contributions to the legal profession.

Thibodeau practices from the firm’s Grand Rapids office where he focuses primarily on general/commercial litigation and insurance coverage issues. He also represents a number of municipalities in large-scale telecommunication and utility projects involving national and international providers.

In addition to a successful litigation record, Thibodeau has drafted resolutions, ordinances, and regulatory frameworks for local governments and has served as a key advisor to Michigan’s largest communities.
