Foster Swift shareholders Frederick D. Dilley and Julie I. Fershtman both received top Michigan “Super Lawyers®” honors for 2019. Dilley practices in the firm’s Grand Rapids office on a variety of complex matters ranging from business disputes to divorce cases to personal injury matters. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Society of Barristers.
A past President of the State Bar of Michigan and Managing Shareholder of the firm’s Southfield office, Fershtman focuses her practice on business litigation, insurance coverage, insurance defense, and equine law.
