Her topics are: “When Personal and Commercial Equine Operations Intersect: Keeping UWs and Agents a Step Ahead” and “Case Studies: Lessons We can Learn from 3 Boarding Stable Lawsuits.” Fershtman’s speaking engagements span 29 states on topics of risk management, liability, and insurance law.
