The EEOC has rethought guidance for accommodations in this COVID-19 environment. Remote work as an accommodation was not an automatic right, but today it may be harder for employers to defend, since remote work became the norm during the pandemic crisis. Participants will learn about the accommodation process and the new paradigm given the COVID-19 requirements for work.
