What Would You Do? A Discussion of Common Employment Issues

In this session, we would present several hypothetical employment related scenarios.  For example, what would you do if a patron complains about a staff member?  What would you do if you discovered an employee had released confidential information?  We will then ask: what would you do?  The scenario would be discussed in the session along with expert advice from a library lawyer, an employment lawyer and a library director.
