2012 FBA Bankruptcy Section Seminar

Attorney Laura Garlinghouse will serve as the chair for the 2012 FBA Bankruptcy Section Seminar.  The seminar will take place from July 19 - July 21 and will be held at Crystal Mountain in Thompsonville.  The panel will discuss current issues related to bankruptcy and the US Supreme Court's recent decision in Stern v. Marshall, amongst other constitutional and jurisdictional issues.
