On June 18, Tom TerMaat will be presenting a seminar at the 28^th Annual Snow & Ice Symposium of the Snow & Ice Management Association (SIMA). SIMA is a nationwide trade organization of snow and ice management professionals. The Annual Symposium is being held in Grand Rapids and is expected to attract almost two thousand attendees to this four-day event, which is the largest trade show in the industry, for keynotes and education sessions, as well as networking opportunities. Tom will be speaking on “Dissecting Contracts for Clauses and Omissions that Can Cost You.”
