SOUTHFIELD, Mich. — The litigation practice group at the Foster Swift law firm welcomes attorney Danielle N. Romano.
Danielle joins the firm’s Southfield office and focuses her practice on a wide variety of civil litigation areas, including:
- Insurance defense litigation
- General liability matters
- First-party No-Fault
- Third-party auto negligence
- Michigan Assigned Claims Plan (MACP) Servicing Insurer Defense
She is an advocate for her clients’ best interests in court hearings and alternative dispute resolution and defends her clients against insurance and contractual disputes.
Danielle earned her B.A. in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy from Michigan State University in 2018 and following, graduated with her Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School cum laude in 2022. While in law school, Danielle was a member of the Mock Trial team and the Women’s Law Caucus.
