Southfield, Mich. – Foster Swift labor & employment attorney Clifford L. Hammond will be a panelist for the Bernard Gottfried Memorial Labor Law Symposium at Wayne State University Law School on October 17.
Presented by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the symposium will include the following sessions:
- “Changing, Tweaking & Clarifying Union Obligations”
- “Rats, Rules & Reevaluations: Current Affairs at the NLRB”
- “USDOL Office of Inspector General, Office of Labor Racketeering and NLRB – Hot Topics”
Hammond will present ‘Management’s Perspective’ during the session “Rats, Rules & Reevaluations: Current Affairs at the NLRB.”
Proceeds from the Symposium will be used to fund future educational programs and to further labor law studies at Wayne State Law. Hammond practices from the firm’s Southfield and Lansing offices and has extensive experience in collective bargaining, employment litigation, and dispute resolution among other labor and employment matters.
