Attorney Russell Appointed as Litigation Practice Group Co-Leader

Foster Swift attorney, David R. Russell was named co-leader of the firm’s litigation practice group. He joins current co-leader, Paul J. Millenbach.

An alum of the Michigan State University College of Law, Russell’s practice serves a wide-range of client needs, including in the areas of commercial litigation, business law, real estate law, sports and entertainment law and food, hospitality and liquor law.

Millenbach focuses his practice in areas of Michigan no-fault litigation, including medical provider reimbursement as well as first and third party defense, transportation and logistics law and mass tort defense. Millenbach is a graduate of the Thomas Cooley Law School.
