During a time when our country is facing the ramifications of generations of oppression for women and minorities, Diversity Lab saw the opportunity to develop a certification tool aimed at assisting law firms with evaluating their progress for diversity within firm management and leadership positions.

There is no denying the fact that the legal profession is one of the least diverse professions in our country. Just as there are a number of reasons for this lack of diversity, there are a whole host of approaches that attorneys and firms can take to combat this problem.
