Elyse D. Jackson is a Law Clerk in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy Practice Group.

Elyse focuses her practice on commercial litigation, focusing on commercial foreclosures, receiverships and a wide variety of debtor-creditor disputes.

While in law school, Elyse served as a student legal intern for the Ohio Department of Medicaid. Elyse was also a student legal worker for the Ohio State Moritz Drug Enforcement Policy Center. Prior to joining Shutts as a Law Clerk, Elyse was a Summer Associate at the firm.
