Eric Page Supports the 56th Annual Raymond James Gasparilla Festival of the Arts on 10 Tampa Bay

Shutts & Bowen LLP Tampa partner Eric Page was recently a guest on Daytime TV’s 10 Tampa Bay (WTSP-TV News Channel 10), discussing the annual Raymond James sponsored Gasparilla Festival of the Arts.

In its 56th year, the Festival is one of American’s most attended and respected art shows. During the televised segment, Eric discussed the importance of highlighting local artists during the Festival, as well as the Festival’s origins and how it has grown into the event that it is today. This year, as part of over 250 artists involved in the Festival, 10 local artists will be featured, with five artists in booths and five artists in remote studios creating live art throughout the weekend. Eric currently serves as Co-Chair of the Development Committee for Gasparilla Arts and has been a member of the organization’s board of directors since 2021.

The Gasparilla Festival of the Arts is one of the top-rated outdoor fine art festivals in the country, and is always held the first weekend in March and this year will be held February 28 – March 1, 2026, at the beautiful Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park in downtown Tampa. Each year, up to 235 professional artists are selected through a juried process to exhibit their work for art enthusiasts and vie for over $92,000 in award money, including the $15,000 Raymond James Best of Show Award and an additional 38 awards. The Festival is free to the public and attracts an estimated 30,000 visitors. Beyond art, the Festival includes interactive experiences, live music and entertainment, and programs for children and art lovers.
