Aidan A. Gross is an Associate in the Sarasota office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group.
Aidan represents businesses, developers, property owners, and individuals in complex commercial disputes, with an emphasis on real estate and land use litigation.
Prior to joining Shutts, Aidan practiced at a national law firm, where he represented clients in large-scale commercial litigation and government investigations. He also has experience representing developers and government entities in real estate and land use disputes. Aidan also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Daniel C. Irick, of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
