Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Miami partner Heidi H. Tandy was recently appointed as Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Rights Committee for the International Law Section of the American Bar Association (ABA).

As Co-Chair, Heidi will work in tandem with fellow members to help drive the Committee’s mission to examine global intellectual property challenges, equip practitioners with practical guidance, and contribute to the development of policy and regulatory frameworks across the ABA.
