Five Holwell Shuster & Goldberg Partners Named to Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation

New York—Five Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP partners—Gregory Dubinsky, Benjamin Heidlage, Daniel Horowitz, Jayme Jonat, and Priyanka Timblo—have been named to the 2024 Lawdragon X – The Next Generation. The list, currently in its second year, honors the future of the legal industry for their “unparalleled talent and vision.”

Collectively, these accomplished lawyers have won a $101 million jury verdict against Walmart; won two rulings on behalf of former Governor Andrew Cuomo in a separation-of-powers challenge to the New York Ethics Commission; served as trial counsel for Visa in multi-district antitrust litigation related to payment card fees and network rules; served as trial and appellate counsel for Chubb’s insurance companies in opioid coverage litigation; and led an ongoing high-profile trial in bankruptcy court in Texas representing certain bondholders of the supply chain services company Incora.

This year, thousands of lawyers were considered for the guide, and winners were selected through nominations, independent research, and peer recommendations. The lawyers featured represent more than 200 law firms on the global stage.
