Olivia Klein is an associate in the Tax Controversy section. Her practice focuses primarily on Federal and State and Local Tax.

During her time in law school, Olivia worked as a Clinic Intern for the Federal Tax Clinic at Villanova Law School. This experience provided her with the opportunity to assist low-income taxpayers with various federal tax issues. Olivia also served as an intern in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General’s Tax Litigation section.  These opportunities provided valuable insight and experience to assist her in resolving taxpayers’ issues with the IRS and state and local taxing authorities. 

In addition to her legal education, Olivia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Temple University. Her background in corporate finance has equipped her with an understanding of business principles that can be leveraged to assist clients with their business related tax matters.
