Nicholas (“Nick”) Kemper’s practice focuses on representing companies in a variety of transactional matters, including commercial finance, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, securities offerings, and real estate. Nick represents clients in an array of industries including manufacturing, technology, waste services, and moving and storage in commercial finance transactions including asset-based term and revolving credit facilities, real estate loans, and syndicated credit facilities.
Nick also advises businesses, developers, and investors in general corporate matters, mergers & acquisitions, commercial and residential real estate, franchise relationships and operations, warehouse leasing, and other industry-specific transactions.

- $2 million asset deal for international software business
- $52 million F-reorganization structured equity deal for packaging business
- $30 million asset deal for moving and storage business
- $82 million equity deal for cold storage business
- $3 million acquisition of distressed single-family portfolio
- $1.5 million capital raise in connection with development of multi-family project
- Over 300,000 of commercial warehouse/storage space from 2022-2023
Financing - Assisted on:
- $75 million asset-based revolving credit facility with private credit fund
- $60 million term loan facility with private credit fund
- $20 million subordinate term loan facility and associated $2 million private equity issuance with private credit fund
