ATLANTA/HOUSTON/SAN ANTONIO, February 10, 2026 – Chamberlain Hrdlicka announced the elevation of 11 attorneys across the firm, recognizing their exceptional legal skills, commitment to clients, and meaningful contributions to the firm’s continued growth. Two attorneys have been elevated to equity shareholder, and nine attorneys have been elevated to shareholder.
The attorneys elevated to equity shareholder are Steven J. Knight and Katherine Noll. The nine attorneys elevated to shareholder include Kaili Cusack, Bryan J. Dotson, Anuar Estefan, Michael Feibus, Nicholas N. Kemper, Joan M. McCallum, Lauren D. Parker, Chadd L. Reynolds, and Karen Tate.

Steven J. Knight, Equity Shareholder
Steven is in the firm’s Litigation group and chair of the Appellate Law section. He represents clients at all stages of the appellate process and has argued appellate cases in The Texas Supreme Court, numerous United States Court of Appeals and intermediate appellate courts throughout the state.
Katherine Noll, Equity Shareholder
Katherine is in the firm’s Tax Planning and Tax Controversy practice groups and serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Qualified Opportunity Zone section. Her practice is focused on advising clients on a broad range of federal and multi-state tax issues.
Kaili Cusack, Shareholder
Kaili Cusack is in the firm’s Trusts & Estates section in Houston, focusing on estate and income tax planning and estate administration.
Bryan J. Dotson, Shareholder
Bryan is in the firm’s Tax Controversy & Litigation and State and Local Tax practices, where he represents clients in disputes with taxing authorities at the state and federal levels across multiple tax types, including income, franchise, and sales tax matters.
Anuar Estefan, Shareholder
Anuar Estefan is in the firm’s San Antonio office, where he advises clients on international tax planning, compliance, and cross-border tax transactional and controversy matters. His practice includes designing tax-efficient structures for global investors and multinational families and representing them on complex U.S. international tax issues.
Michael Feibus, Shareholder
Mike Feibus is an experienced trial lawyer with an emphasis in complex commercial and construction litigation. His experience includes obtaining unanimous jury dismissals of multi-million-dollar claims, securing and defending temporary restraining orders and injunctions, and successfully prosecuting and defending 7 and 8 figure cases involving fraud, breach of contract, indemnity, and fiduciary claims. He also regularly handles matters involving business divorces, fraudulent transfers, residential construction, oil and gas and real estate disputes.
Nicholas N. Kemper, Shareholder
Nicholas is in the firm’s Real Estate practice, advising clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including commercial finance, M&A, and securities offerings and real estate.
Joan McCallum, Shareholder
Joan is in the firm’s Corporate, Securities & Finance practice, focusing on corporate counseling, governance, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and complex business transactions. She also leverages her labor, employment, and litigation experience to represent companies, officers, and directors in courts and arbitration forums nationwide.
Lauren D. Parker, Shareholder
Lauren Parker is in the firm’s San Antonio office where she advises clients on estate planning, probate, wealth transfer, succession planning, and charitable planning and also focuses on ERISA and employee benefits matters including qualified plans, ESOPs, and self-directed IRAs.
Chadd L. Reynolds, Shareholder
Chadd is a member of the firm’s Construction Law practice. He represents individual owners and corporations in a variety of complex business and construction disputes in federal and state court, arbitration, and mediation.
