ACG Houston’s Ninth Annual Deal of the Year Awards Name Five Chamberlain Hrdlicka Transactions as Finalists

March 31, 2026

The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) has announced the finalists for its Ninth Annual Deal of the Year Awards, recognizing five transactions led by Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s transactional team among this year’s honorees.

ACG Houston’s Deal of the Year Awards spotlight the very best of Houston’s thriving middle-market deal community, honoring standout transactions and dealmakers who drive economic growth, strategic innovation, capital formation, and transformative business partnerships.

This latest recognition underscores the continued strength and national prominence of Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s transactional team. The firm’s momentum builds on a series of recent accolades: several months ago, two transactions led by Habeeb “Hobbs” Gnaim were named Deal of the Year at the 7th Annual USA Middle Market Awards and the 16th Annual Global M&A Atlas Awards. In late 2025, Chamberlain further distinguished itself by securing two Deal of the Year honors at the 24th Annual M&A Advisor Awards in New York City, including a Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year award.
