C. Brennan Wheatley is an Associate in the Jacksonville office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Construction Practice Group.

Brennan focuses his practice on representing developers, designers and general contractors in complex construction litigation.

Prior to joining Shutts, Brennan gained experience representing general contractors, designers and developers in construction defect litigation. His experience includes matters involving design and construction defects, water intrusion, and contractual disputes associated with residential and commercial developments.

In addition, Brennan developed a background in property, contract and insurance while working at a Fortune 500 Title Insurance Company.
