Shutts & Bowen LLP Fort Lauderdale Office Managing Partner Sidney C. Calloway recently served as a mentor at the Junior Achievement of South Florida (JASFL) League of Men Fellows Bootcamp on January 26, 2026, at JASFL’s campus headquarters in Coconut Creek.

Sidney, who currently serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of South Florida, mentored and coached three groups of about 60 high school students from Dillard, Nova and Everglades high schools providing real life experience feedback and guidance on each group’s new businesses. The interactive discussions focused on the challenges and nuances of business leadership, product development, finance, as well as marketing.  Students also picked up business tips on how to make the “ask” and collaborated with Sidney and other business professionals at the bootcamp.
