Margaret Sackett is an associate in Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s Tax Planning & Business Transactions practice, where she advises clients on a broad range of domestic and international tax matters. Margaret counsels public and private corporations, partnerships, and other business entities on complex transactional tax issues, including matters involving mergers, acquisitions, and strategic business planning. Her background includes significant experience advising clients on sophisticated tax matters across a wide range of transactions and business structures.
Margaret has extensive experience working with clients across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on the oil and gas and renewable energy sectors. Her multidisciplinary background also includes several years in private wealth management prior to law school, providing her with a practical understanding of financial structures and client-focused business strategies.
