Ethan’s experience in corporate and tax matters includes the formation, governance, reorganization and internal restructuring of corporations and limited liability companies to achieve tax and corporate objectives.

He received his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
