Profile
Emelia focuses her practice on Commercial Litigation, representing clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to sole proprietors across various industries. She has assisted in matters involving contract disputes, business torts, product liability claims, and insurance coverage in both state and federal courts. Since joining Chamberlain Hrdlicka, Emelia has supported all phases of complex litigation, including fact and expert discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Emelia volunteered as a Certified Mediator in the Harris County Justice of the Peace Courts prior to joining Chamberlain Hrdlicka and currently serves as Service Co-Chair on the Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation Young Professionals Group Executive Board. She brings the problem-solving and advocacy skills from these roles to each legal matter she works on, contributing unique perspectives to complex issues and ensuring close, individualized attention to each client's matter.
