Chris Lemons is a senior associate in the Houston commercial litigation practice. Chris represents a wide variety of clients and companies in numerous practice areas of litigation.
As a business major at Texas State University, Chris was inducted in the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honors Society and Alpha Chi Honors Society. He graduated from college with summa cum laude honors, along with magna cum laude honors from law school.
Chris graduated number six in his class at South Texas College of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of the Lytae and the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. Chris also earned eight CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in law school. While in law school, Chris also served as an assistant articles editor on the South Texas Law Review.
Chris is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Association of Defense Counsel, Houston Bar Association, Houston Young Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, and Greater Houston Society for Healthcare Risk Management.
Chris’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including: commercial litigation, negligence, breach of contract, business torts, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, FLSA claims, personal injury, premises liability, nonsubscriber claims, wrongful death, civil rights, licensing board complaints, and appellate. He has successfully tried cases to verdict and works tirelessly for his clients.
