Brendan Gilbert is an Associate in Chamberlain Hrdlicka's Tax Planning & Business Transactions practice group. He earned his undergraduate degree in accounting at Sam Houston State University. He received his J.D. from Baylor University and a Tax LL.M. from Georgetown University.

Mr. Gilbert has experience as an extern at the United States Tax Court and completed the Estate Planning Professional Track at Baylor University Law School. He was a member of the Business Law Society at Baylor.
