Atlanta Office Senior Associate Appointed to Leadership Role
Chamberlain Hrdlicka is pleased to announce that Atlanta-based Senior Associate Chadd L. Reynolds has been appointed secretary and treasurer of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Construction Law Section. Reynolds previously served as a member-at-large of the Construction Law Section’s board since 2020. He also is a member of the State Bar of Georgia’s and American Bar Association’s Construction Law sections.
“I am honored to be selected as an officer in the Atlanta Bar Association’s Construction Law Section,” said Reynolds. “I look forward to working alongside the other members of the leadership team and collaborating with the legal professionals dedicated to construction law.”
Reynolds is a member of Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s construction law and commercial and civil litigation practice groups, with an emphasis on representing clients in contract claims, payment disputes, delay claims, negligent construction, trade secret issues and more. Prior to joining Chamberlain Hrdlicka, he was part of an Atlanta-based firm representing construction subcontractors and owners in mediation, arbitration, and state and federal courts. Reynolds also participated in a federal judicial externship with the Honorable Rebecca R. Pallmeyer of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, as well as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Summer Honors Law Program. Reynolds was listed among Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Commercial Litigation and Construction Law for 2024-2025 and has been recognized as a Georgia Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2022. Reynolds earned his undergraduate degree from Berry College and his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.
