Chamberlain Hrdlicka's client deal led by Habeeb ‘Hobbs’ Gnaim & Jarrod Martin named Finalist for 22nd Annual M&A Advisor Awards
The M&A Advisor announced the finalists of the 22nd Annual M&A Advisor Awards, including the acquisition of EYP by Page Southerland Page (Page). The transaction was named finalist in:
- the Professional Services Deal of the Year (between $50 million - $100 million), and
- the Restructuring Deal of the Year (under $100 million) categories.
Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s Houston-based team, led by Habeeb ‘Hobbs’ Gnaim, practice chair of Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s Tax Planning & Business Transactions group, and Jarrod Martin, practice chair of the Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditor Rights group, represented Page, a multidisciplinary design, architecture, and engineering firm with international presence, in its acquisition of EYP, an interdisciplinary design firm specializing in higher education, government, healthcare, and science & technology. The transaction was also recognized by the Annual M&A Atlas Awards earlier this year. Chamberlain Hrdlicka was also named a finalist in the Law Firm of the Year category.
Representing more than 400 participating companies, M&A Advisor Awards finalists will be judged by an independent panel of industry experts. The awards will be presented, and winners revealed at a Black-Tie Awards Gala during the 2023 Future of Dealmaking Summit on November 14-15, 2023 in New York City, featuring more than 350 of the industry’s leading professionals participating in exclusive interactive forums, sessions, roundtable discussions, one-on-one meetings, and a solutions provider showcase led by a faculty of M&A industry stalwarts and business media experts.
