Mediation Can Resolve Disputes Faster, at Less Cost Than Litigation

In the February 2019 issue of Healthcare Risk Management, senior counsel Wendy Barragree discusses the use of mediation for disputes and litigation in the healthcare industry. Mediation may take several hours or an entire day, but it is still found to be more cost effective.
