John Kirbo joins Chamberlain Hrdlicka Tax Team
In an article published on December 22, 2021, Law360 Pulse highlights John Kirbo joining the Chamberlain Hrdlicka's tax controversy practice in Atlanta.
Kirbo told Law360 Pulse that he was drawn to handling tax controversy and litigation for the firm in Atlanta since he was previously in a smaller market in Albany, Georgia. He also noted that the firm has attorneys in real estate, bankruptcy and commercial litigation, which can inform a tax controversy or litigation matter.
"I thought to myself if I am going to try to practice and focus strictly on tax controversy and litigation, I wanted to do it at the highest level I could and that meant moving to Atlanta," Kirbo said. "If I was going to do that, I wanted to practice for the best firm in Atlanta and that's Chamberlain and so I reached out and we started talking and we wound up working something out and I'm thrilled to be here."
Kirbo also shared that he was also drawn to the firm for its approach to handling tax controversy and litigation matters.
