Erin Hines joins Chamberlain Hrdlicka Atlanta Office
Chamberlain Hrdlicka is pleased to announce the addition of tax trial attorney Erin Hines as senior counsel to the nationally recognized Tax Controversy & Litigation practice in the firm’s growing Atlanta office. Hines joins from the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, where she served as a special trial attorney. Her arrival marks the 10th attorney to join Chamberlain’s Atlanta office this year.

Attorneys in Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s Tax Controversy & Litigation division have experience litigating cases before the U.S. Department of Justice’s Tax Division and the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. The firm is known for its representation of taxpayers involved in disputes before federal, state and local taxing authorities and in all federal and state courts.
Prior to serving in the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, Hines held positions in the Department of Justice’s Tax Division and in the IRS’ corporate and small business self-employed divisions.
Hines earned her undergraduate degree from Clemson University, her law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her Master of Laws degree in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
