Chamberlain Hrdlicka Earns National Recognition in The Legal 500 United States 2026 Guide

June 10, 2026

June 10, 2026 – Chamberlain Hrdlicka is pleased to announce that the firm and six attorneys have been recognized in the 2026 edition of The Legal 500 United States. The Legal 500 is an independent legal directory that evaluates and highlights leading law firms and attorneys across the country.

The firm received two national practice rankings, reflecting its strength in complex corporate transactions and high-stakes tax controversy matters:

  • Tier 3 – M&A, Middle-Market ($0–$250M)
  • Tier 3 – U.S. Taxes – Contentious

These rankings underscore Chamberlain Hrdlicka's longstanding reputation as a leader in tax controversy and dispute resolution matters—a distinction reflected in the firm's national recognition in the U.S. Taxes: Contentious category each year since 2019—alongside its continued success advising clients on sophisticated middle-market mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions. The recognition comes on the heels of a banner year for the firm's Business Services practice, which saw two transactions honored as Deals of the Year at the 7th Annual USA Middle Market and 16th Annual Global M&A Atlas Awards, as well as two transactions recognized as Deals of the Year at the Ninth Annual ACG Houston Deal of the Year Awards earlier this year. Together, these accolades highlight the firm's strength in guiding clients through high-value transactions.

In addition to the firm's practice rankings, three attorneys were individually recognized for their outstanding work in tax controversy matters:

The Legal 500's Hall of Fame distinction recognizes lawyers who are widely regarded by peers and clients as being at the pinnacle of their profession and have been consistently ranked as Leading Individuals by The Legal 500 in prior years. The Leading Partner designation is reserved for attorneys who are true market leaders known for their longstanding reputations, leadership in high-profile matters, and a broad recognition from both peers and clients.

In addition to Hall of Fame and Leading Partner individual honors, three additional Chamberlain Hrdlicka attorneys were recognized as Key Lawyers for their distinguished work in tax controversy matters:

The Key Lawyer designation highlights attorneys who are identified by clients and peers as integral to their teams, demonstrating exceptional expertise, strong client service, and significant contributions to the firm's success in their practice areas.
