The firm received two national practice rankings, reflecting its strength in complex corporate transactions and high-stakes tax controversy matters:
- Tier 3 – M&A, Middle-Market ($0–$250M)
- Tier 3 – U.S. Taxes – Contentious
These rankings underscore Chamberlain Hrdlicka's longstanding reputation as a leader in tax controversy and dispute resolution matters—a distinction reflected in the firm's national recognition in the U.S. Taxes: Contentious category each year since 2019—alongside its continued success advising clients on sophisticated middle-market mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions. The recognition comes on the heels of a banner year for the firm's Business Services practice, which saw two transactions honored as Deals of the Year at the 7th Annual USA Middle Market and 16th Annual Global M&A Atlas Awards, as well as two transactions recognized as Deals of the Year at the Ninth Annual ACG Houston Deal of the Year Awards earlier this year. Together, these accolades highlight the firm's strength in guiding clients through high-value transactions.
In addition to the firm's practice rankings, three attorneys were individually recognized for their outstanding work in tax controversy matters:
