Chamberlain Hrdlicka Shareholders Scott Ratchick and Gina Vitiello Recognized in Legal 500’s Inaugural U.S. City Elite Ranking for Commercial Disputes in Atlanta

Legal 500 today announced two Chamberlain Hrdlicka shareholders, Scott Ratchick and Gina Vitiello, to its inaugural U.S. City Elite ranking in the Commercial Disputes category in Atlanta.

Scott Ratchick maintains a nationwide litigation practice with emphasis in the areas of complex commercial, franchise, shareholder and business disputes, and investment-related litigation. In connection with this practice, he represents publicly and privately held companies, officers, directors and principals, registered investment representatives, broker-dealers and banks in state and federal courts and various arbitration forums throughout the country.

Gina Vitiello serves as the Chair of Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s Construction Law practice group where she focuses on construction contracts and litigation. She represents owners, contractors, designers, and suppliers in the construction industry throughout the country and internationally in commercial, industrial, and energy projects. Vitiello specializes in handling delay and impact claims, design and construction defect issues, and contractor and subcontractor default claims.
