Michael Sittner is an Associate in the Sarasota office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.
Michael focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions involving development, leasing, and financing matters. He represents corporations, landowners, and developers in property transactions and securing local government entitlements and incentives, including land use amendments, rezonings, development agreements, variances, and waivers.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael clerked for the Honorable Jay P. Cohen of the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal.
