Jack E. Delcamp is a Partner in the Tampa office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Business Litigation practice group.
Jack’s practice is primarily focused on complex civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on disputes related to real estate. He represents residential and commercial landlords, property managers, businesses, developers and institutional lenders in all areas of civil litigation, across a broad range of industries, offering effective and expeditious dispute resolution strategies. He has experience litigating civil and criminal jury and non jury trials.
Jack’s commercial lending practice includes matters related to commercial real estate loans, private equity mezzanine transactions, commercial mortgage modification, as well as cross collateralized, asset based and unsecured lending transactions.
Prior to joining Shutts, Jack served as Assistant State Attorney with the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, where he prosecuted thousands of cases. In this role, Jack served as Lead Trial Attorney of a county court division, litigating in both county and circuit courts. Following his tenure as prosecutor, Jack moved to private practice, representing clients in commercial, construction and insurance litigation.
