Heather M. Boadella is a partner in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.

Heather advises developers, investors, institutions and owners in a broad range of real estate matters involving the acquisition and disposition of real property, financing, leasing, entitlements, land use and zoning, and risk analysis with respect to large-scale development projects and real estate transactions. She also has experience in community association review in relation to proposed site acquisitions.

Prior to joining the firm, Heather worked at a national law firm representing publicly traded homebuilders in negotiation, drafting, and administration of commercial land and lot acquisition contracts.
