Christine Anchía Crousillat is a partner in the West Palm Beach office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.
With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate law, Christine concentrates her practice on commercial leasing, including retail, office, and industrial properties. She represents a diverse mix of national and regional landlords and tenants in leasing and other real property matters across the country, involving shopping centers, malls, office, mixed-use and industrial developments, airport hangars and build-to-suit properties.
Christine regularly handles complex ground lease and lease drafting and negotiations, due diligence analysis, and the preparation of related agreements, including subordination agreements, amendments, licenses, modifications, terminations, releases, franchisor agreements and waivers.
In addition, Christine advises property owners, asset managers and investors in connection with the development, redevelopment, sale, acquisition and leasing of retail, residential, condominium, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties and venues, including the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements and related documentation, title review, title insurance matters and post-closing matters. She is experienced in planned communities, condominium conversions, and homeowners’ association matters, including the analysis and negotiation of governing documents. She also leads matters involving timeshare and resort community development, preparing registration documentation and disclosures and working closely with developers, exchange companies, property owners’ associations, and state regulators on a variety of related issues.
