Sydney Q. Moran is a Law Clerk in the Jacksonville office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Corporate Practice Group.

Sydney focuses her practice on corporate matters related to contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general business transactions.

While in law school, Sydney served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Susanne Wilson Bullard of the Eight Judicial Circuit of Florida. Sydney was also the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the University of Florida’s Journal of Law and Public Policy. Prior to joining Shutts as a Law Clerk, Sydney worked as a Summer Associate at the firm.
