Spencer Hennings Reappointed as Vice Chair of the MDB’s Condominium Law Committee

Shutts & Bowen LLP attorney Spencer Hennings, a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, has been reappointed as the Vice Chair of the Miami-Dade Bar’s (MDB) Condominium Law Committee for another one-year term.

Spencer will continue to work with other members of the committee to provide information about proposed legislation and regulations affecting or impacting condominiums.

Founded in 1916, Miami-Dade Bar is the largest voluntary bar association in South Florida. With nearly 3,500 members, the organization offers new, exciting programs that connect with lawyers’ interests and provide added value.  For more information, click here.

About Spencer E. Hennings

Spencer E. Hennings is a Senior Associate in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. In 2020, Spencer received a gubernatorial appointment to serve as Florida’s Condominium Ombudsman. From 2020-2023, he resolved thousands of issues in condominium associations, served as the state’s liaison to those affected by the Miami-Dade Surfside condo collapse, and helped draft new condominium legislation at the local and state levels
