Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Tampa office was pleased to once again support Feeding Tampa Bay with a community service project held at the organization’s Publix Community Market, a “grocery store” in Feeding Tampa Bay’s facility, on July 17, 2025.

Attorneys and staff from the firm’s Tampa office devoted time after work to volunteer at the Feeding Tampa Bay Community Market where they assisted with stocking shelves, selecting and packaging groceries, putting out produce and helping neighbors to their cars. In attendance at the volunteer event was partner Woodrow “Woody” H. Pollack, who serves on the Board of Directors for the organization, as well as attorneys Olga Pina, Alyssa Cory, Tim Woodward, Fred Werdine, Leila Oberschall, Bridget Dennis, and Melodie Khosrovani, along with Summer Associate Logan Wallen and Office Administrator Susan Francisco.

Feeding Tampa Bay recently moved to their new facility, which is the largest social services project in the region, measuring 215,000 square feet. Feeding Tampa Bay, part of the national Feeding America network, focuses on providing food to nearly 1 million food insecure families in the 10-county area of West Central Florida. The organization is leading the movement to end hunger, rallying our community together to create a healthier, more capable Tampa Bay and beyond.
